UPESMET MBA Entrance test 2013

University of Petroleum & Energy (UPES) Dehradum, offers specialised MBA programs on Energy Management. The institute conducts its own MBA entrance test for giving admission to students. The institute offers programme with nine different specialisations to choose from. UPES conducts this mandatory MET exam for students, who want to get admission in this institute. The duration of all the programmes is two years, full time.

• UPES MET 2013 will be held on 23rd February, 2013

Eligibility Criteria for UPESMET 2013

Aspirants must meet the minimum desired eligibility criteria to appear in this MBA entrance exam:

• Candidates must have scored minimum 50% marks in Class 10th and Class 12th
• Candidates should be a graduate in Commerce/Mathematics/Science/B.Sc/B.Tech./Statistic/CA/ICWA/Economics with at least 50% marks from a recognised university
• There is no upper or minimum age limit to appear in this exam

Selection Process:

• The selection will be done on the basis of marks secured in the entrance exam held by UPES
• Group Discussion
• Personal Interview

Application Fee

The students can obtain the prospectus and application form:

• By Demand Draft/Online payment of Rs: 1850 in favour of the institute
• Candidates can also obtain prospectus and application form by paying Rs. 1750 cash

How to Apply

• Aspirants can obtain the Prospectus and Application form by Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “UPES FEE Account” payable at Dehradun/New Delhi or by making cash payment.
• Candidates can also download the application form by visiting the official website of the institute
• Candidates who have registered with UPES and downloaded UPES Digital Brochure for Admission 2013 are eligible to get 10% discount on UPES application form.

Admit Card

All the provisionally eligible candidate can download the admit cards by visiting UPES official website: www.upes.ac.in on 16th February, 2013. All the candidates are required to affix (duly attested) a passport size photograph in the provided space. Candidates should carry the admit card with them at the allocated test centres. No candidates will be allowed to appear in exam without admit card.
