IIT-Kharagpur now offering a chance to study short-term courses with international faculty

IIT Kharagpur will be offering students of other colleges an opportunity to pursue short-term course at the elite institute under the guidance of an international faculty.

The institute will offer you international Summer & Winter Term (ISWT) and this course will be offered each year during the month of may-July and December, IIT-Kharagpur official informed.

They further informed that this new initiative will bring together participants and faculty from India and abroad. This programme will not only be academically motivating but it will throw a chance to make new friends and connection and interact with nearly 30 international experts.

These subjects are specially designed and customised around current and multi-disciplinary themes of science, engineering, management and law. The official further added, the duration of each course will be of two weeks or ten working days with right mix of lectures and tutorials per day.

They said participants can be even from the industry and research organisations. Those who will register for this short-term course will have an opportunity to get additional academic credits based on evaluation and grading system.
