MAH MBA CET 2014 Paper Pattern

The Director of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra has declared MAH CET 2014 exam for MBA admission in an online exam format for two days. The exam will be held on 15th March 2014 and 16th March, 2014. The MAH CET 2014 exam pattern will be same as the pattern of previous year. The result of the exam will be declared on 21st April, 2014.

MAH CET Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates should have completed their graduation from a recognised university or institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates who belong to reserved category must have secured at least 45% marks in their bachelor’s degree.

MAH CET Paper Pattern:
MAH CET 2014 exam will be conducted on online or computer format. It is objective type paper. The exam is divided into five sections. The areas covered in the exam are Verbal Ability and Reading, Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude & Logical/Abstract Reasoning. There are total 200 questions asked in the exam. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is no negative marking the exam.

• Verbal Reasoning: Nearly 50 questions
• Logical Reasoning: Nearly 100 questions
• Quantitative Reasoning: Nearly 50 questions

Group Discussion (GD):
The weightage of this section is different from written test. It carries 17 marks and there are generally 10 members in a group. This group is evaluated by a panel of three members. The duration for the group discussion round is 20-30 minutes.

Personal Interview:
This section of Personal Interview also comprises 17 marks. The interview round is generally conducted by a panel of two members. The duration of this round is 20-30 minutes.
