Thapar University Entrance Exam 2014

Thapar University was established on 8^th October, 1956 as an Engineering College named as Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. The university offers post-graduate and undergraduate programmes in Engineering, Science, Management and Social Sciences. Thapar University has released the notification for admissions to its various undergraduate, post graduate courses such as B.A., B.Com., BCA, BBA, B.Ed, M.A., M.Com, M.Sc., MBA, MCA, M. Phil., Ph.D, B.E., M.E/M.Tech., Polytechnics/Diploma, Law of semester examinations.  

Eligibility Criteria

UG Courses: The candidates must have passed class 10+2 from any recognised board with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

PG Courses: Candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university or relevant courses as per applying for the masters.

Application Procedure:

Candidates can download the application form by visiting the official website: www.thapar.edu. Candidates must fill the application form properly and follow all the steps carefully. Application fee is payable though the demand draft mode of Rs. 1500 will be charged as an application fee payable at Patiala. Aspirants should submit their online form along with all necessary documents and certificates. Candidates must download a hard copy of the application form as they required to show it at the time of counseling.
