VMAT 2013 Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria & Admission Procedure

Vignam University, Guntur, conducts Vignam's Management Aptitude Test (VMAT) for enrolling students into various management programmes. The exam will be conducted for the upcoming session of 2013. This year entrance exam will be conducted on 24th March, 2013 at various test centres. The institute invites applications of the candidates who want to get admission in management programmes offered by the university.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Aspiring candidates must have completed Class 10+2 examinations in science stream
• He or she must have scored minimum 60% marks in their Class 10+2 board examination
• Candidates, who are born after or on or before 1st July, 1992 are eligible for this test

Exam Pattern

The exam pattern is objective type. There will be maximum 100 questions asked in the exam and maximum allocated time to complete the exam is two hours. The exam is divided into three main sections: English, Aptitude and Reasoning. In English and Reasoning 25 questions will be asked in each section and in Aptitude section 50 questions will be asked. The maximum marks will be 100 and for each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded, there is no negative marking.

Admission Procedure:

• Admission will be done on the basis of the performance in VMAT entrance exam.
• The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks score in the entrance test and qualifying exams
• Candidates will be called for counselling on the basis of merit list prepared by the institute
• Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying exam must submit their mark sheet to the Director-Admission before the last date mentioned in the admission offer.

How to apply:

Candidates can get the application form by post from the University Office on making payment of Rs. 200/- by DD drawn in favour of Vignam University, payable at Guntur or in person from any of Vignam School or Office at Guntur.
