COMEDK 2013 Test & Application Procedure

COMEDK Entrance Test is one of the most sought after program among students especially in Southern area and across India. The exam is conducted to evaluate the skills of students looking for getting admissions in institutions in Karnataka State, which have formed “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental College of Karnataka” (COMEDK). There are many institutes in the state which accept this entrance exam score. Successful candidates will be called for counselling session. The COMEDK PGET-2013 test scores are valid only for admission during the academic year 2013-14.

There will be one separate test for PG Medical and one test for PG Dental Courses. Each test will have 180 questions and all will be objective types. Those who will clear the COMEDK entrance test will be called for counselling. The entrance test is mandatory for those candidates who want to get admission in the post graduate courses in COMEDK Member institutions as per MCI/DCI.

Application Procedure:

To fill the application form students need to visit the official website: http://www.comedk.org/pget/comedk_pget_2013.aspx

• The candidates should affix a passport size on the downloaded application form. Send the application and enclosures in A4 size envelope only.
• At the time of online application, please ensure that you have filled all the fields properly. After completing all the details, click on “Submit Button”, to send the details to server.
• The server will provide you an application number, and provide the facility to view your online application form with the details you have filled, it will also provide you 6 digit application number.
• The candidates should send Demand Draft to be drawn from the national level bank in favour of "COMEDK" payable at Bangalore for Rs. 2250/-. Candidates must write their application number and name behind the DD.

Complete application form must have:

• Candidate should paste a recent passport size photograph within the box provided
• Candidate's signature within the box
• Left thumb, Left forefinger and Left middle finger impression of the candidate within the available space.

Important Dates:

Start date for issue of Online Application: 10th December, 2012

Last date for Receipt of duly filled Application Forms: 10th January, 2013

COMEDK entrance test will be held on: 3rd February, 2013

Rank list will be published on: 27th February, 2013

COMEDK Result 2013:

COMEDK results will be declared in the last week of May. Students can check the result and their ranks by visiting the official website.
