IIIT Allahabad 2013 MBA Exam Date

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad was founded in 1999 and ranked amongst the leading technology institutes of the country. IIIT Allahabad offers two year full time MBA programme in Information Technology to students. To enrol students into this most sought after programme it conducts entrance exam every year. This year, the entrance exam will be held on 18th and 19th May, 2013.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Aspirants seeking admission into this

MBA IT programme must have done graduation from any recognised university or institute.

• Candidates appearing in the final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the programme.
• Candidates must possess a valid score card of CAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT scores.

Admission Process:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit list prepared on below mentioned criteria and weightage:

Entrance Examination: 60% weightage

CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT: 10% weightage

Group Discussion: 15% weightage

Interview: 15% weighate

Application Process:

Candidates can obtain the information brochure along with application form by making payment of Rs. 1200 for general category and candidates from SC/ST categories required to pay Rs. 600/-. Candidates can make the payment in cash or through DD of MICR type from any nationalised bank drawn in favour of “IIIT-Allahabad” payable at Allahabad.

• Candidates who want to appear in the entrance test can obtain the information brochure and application form from the IIIT-Allahabad, IIIT-Delhi and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information Technology, Amethi by making payment in cash.
• Apart from this, candidates can also download the application form from the website of the institute.
• Candidates are requested to send the duly filled application form along with the DD at the mentioned addressed.
