IIIT PGEE 2013 Eligibility Criteria & Exam Date

IIIT PGEE 2013 entrance exam is conducted for taking admission to Master of Technology, Master of Science (M.Sc. Research)/Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in the discipline of Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Computer Aided Structural Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Natural Science (Dual-Degree & M.Sc.), IT in Building Sciences, Spatial Informatics (Remote Sensing and GIS) and Humanities for the coming academic year.

Eligibility Criteria for IIIT PGEE 2013: Candidates who have completed their B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch etc., in any discipline of engineering, B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry or Biology with good Mathematics background, or M.Tech/M.E/MCa/M.Sc./M.A are eligible to apply.

IIIT PGEE Paper Pattern: The paper is divided into two parts and the duration of the paper is three hours. In Paper 1, the questions will be based on general aptitude. The questions will be multiple-choice objective type questions based on the logical reasoning, general aptitude on computers and mathematics. In Paper 2, the questions will be based on subjective knowledge. The questions will be based on the respective field in which he/she have applied.

IIIT PGEE Application Procedure: Aspirants should submit their application through online procedure. To submit the application, all the candidates are required to complete two registration forms: Pre-registration Form and Main Registration Form.

Filling of Pre-Registration Form:

Read the instruction carefully before filling up the registration form. After filling the Pre-Registration form, the candidates receive an e-mail which contains the link and identification code.

Demand draft in favour of IIIT Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad for appropriate amount should be drown. Candidates are required to write their name, contact details, email id, application number on the reverse side of the demand draft and send it to:

Filling of Main Registration Form: The main registration form can only be filled by opening the link received through the e-mail, after filling in the preceding pre-registration form.

IIIT-PGEE Examination Centres

The IIIT PGEE examination will be held in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.
