Answer

Dear Candidates,

Every year GATE entrance exam cut-offs marks varied and it majorly depends upon the difficulty level of GATE Question Paper. If the question paper is easy then the cut-off marks will be higher and if the question paper is tough then the GATE cut-off marks will be lower. The GATE cut-off marks are used to select the candidates who have qualified the GATE exam. The students who will successfully qualify the exam and meet the eligibility criteria will be called by the respective institutes for further round of interview. Here is the expected cut-off marks list for OBC candidates for GATE 2014.
