Career advice

Dear sir,
i have done my b.tech in agriculture in ANGRAU
- AP. now iam an employee at mahindrra&mahindra (AP) with a
less package in sales division.

i want to grow in my car
eer. but iam in a confusion to get a growth in my career by
going to some higher educaion courses and universities and
also in confusion to decide a course which is related to me(
agril engg.).

please guide me....

3.is it better to study in India or o

nd giving best package > 8Lacs/annum.
