What is the difference between GRE & GMAT? Is it necessary t

Answer

Hi,

The GRE, or Graduate Record Examination, is used as part of the application process to most graduate school programs. The GMAT, or Graduate Management Admission Test, is specifically required for admission to most business schools' Masters in Business Administration programs. In general, the material on the GMAT and GRE is similar, yet there are still some differences. GRE focuses on vocabulary and definitions more than the GMAT. Therefore, if your planning to opt for any postgraduate course you should take GRE and if you want to pursue any management course you should take GMAT test.

Thanks!
