This year the Check out the CMAT 2013 was conducted from 21st February to 25th February, 2013 at different test centres across the country. The test window of the exam was open for five days and in those five days more than 1.5 lakh candidates have appeared in the exam. The CMAT Result 2013 will be out on 13th March, 2013. AICTE Chariman Dr. SS Mantha considered this exam as “big success” with over 1.5 lakh exam takers in this year. He said, “AICTE is proud to have conducted the 5-day window of the CMAT without any glitch. We are proud to have conducted the test successfully. It was a glitch-free experience for candidates and not a single question was found wrong during the entire test period.”

CMAT exam 2013 was introduced last year only to ease the situation for test takers as they are supposed to attempt various entrance exams to get admission in leading B-Schools across the country. It is a national level exam, started with main idea of scrapping all small and state level exams. The candidates who will qualify the exam are eligible to get admission in leading B-Schools and top universities of the country, which offer management programmes.

This exam is conducted twice in a year, which gives opportunity to aspirants to use their best test scores at the time of admissions. But this year, AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) has decided to take this test in month of May also. This test will be specially conducted for those candidates only who have not taken CMAT -1 and CMAT-2. The test score is gateway for many leading management institutes across the country.
