Harvard steals FT MBA top ranking title from Stanford!

Ranking surveys are the best way to know the standard of any national or international university. FT MBA ranking is one of leading ranking surveys and also considered as one of the most authentic one too. This year too FT has published the list of top B-Schools and their world ranking according to their scores under various parameters. This is first time when the premier B-School, Harvard Business School has topped the Financial Times MBA rankings in last eight years. It has captured this place by defeating its biggest rival Stanford Graduate School of Business. Harvard is one of the four B-schools to top the ranking in last 15 years-the other three are Stanford, Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and London Business School.

In this 2013 ranking survey six US business schools have captured places among the top 10 of the world, whereas last year the number was five. Among the top 100 schools 51 are from USA. In this ranking the Asian schools has also shown good progress, and noticed continues rise. Out of 100 B-Schools 14 are from Asia-Pacific region, which was last year just 11. Six of those schools are from China, with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology the highest ranking at 8th position.
