DUs admission process will begin from 5th June, 2013

The admission process in Delhi University’s first ever four-year undergraduate courses will begin from 5th June, 2013. Delhi University is among the top notch universities of the country and offers 14,000 seats in various undergraduate programmes.

As per the statement from the office of the Dean of Student’s Welfare, the common pre-admission forms or OMR will be available for aspirants both online and offline with the registration to begin from 5th June, 2013.

According to the new application system, candidates will apply only for the course not for particular college or colleges. Their course preference and marks will reach all colleges that offer the course marked or applied by the candidate. College will use that date to declare their cut-offs, informed by Vice-Chancellor Dinesh Singh.

Offline forms will be available between 9 AM to 1 PM at various information centres and designated post offices. These new four year programmes are supposed to offer interdisciplinary education to students and provide academic flexibility to students as they can customise their course by choosing their subjects.
